  • You can expect a response within 24–48 hours to schedule a consultation call. During this time, we’ll talk through your event, your vision, and what level of support would best serve you. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit.

  • Yes, we love serving our clients wherever they are hosting! While we are based in the Upstate of South Carolina, we regularly travel for events. Travel-related costs such as mileage and accommodations will be outlined and discussed in advance, and included within your contract for full transparency.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, as we take on 1 event per weekend to ensure each client receives our full attention and care. Most events are booked 9–12 months in advance, though we’re always happy to connect regardless of your timeline. The best way to check availability is by submitting an inquiry with your event date.

  • Yes, Whitney is the lead planner for every Host & Co. event. She will be your primary point of contact from the beginning of the planning process through event day. On-site, she is supported by a well-prepared assistant to ensure every detail is executed with care and intention.

  • Our services are thoughtfully tailored to each client and event, so pricing varies based on the level of support, scope, and overall vision. We believe every event is unique, and we take the time to understand your specific needs before providing detailed investment information. During our consultation call, we’ll walk through your priorities and recommend the service that best aligns with your goals. If you have a general investment range in mind, we’re always happy to discuss that openly and guide you toward the best approach for your event.

  • We do not offer standalone day-of coordination. At Host & Co., we believe the success of an event is built long before the day itself. Thoughtful planning, clear communication, and a well-developed timeline are what allow an event to run smoothly and with intention. By stepping in earlier through The Hosted Experience or The Full Experience, we’re able to fully understand your vision, collaborate with your vendor team, and proactively manage the many moving pieces that lead up to your event.
